Fuzile Balintulo is the current Chief Executive Officer and Director of Red Ant Security Relocation & Eviction Services (RASRE), one of South Africa’s most recognised private security and law enforcement companies. He assumed the leadership position following the passing of the organisation’s founder, Mr Johan Bosch, continuing the legacy while steering the company into a new era of professionalism, accountability, and transformation.
Before being appointed CEO, Mr Balintulo served as the Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for managing the company’s operational framework and ensuring that all activities complied with statutory and regulatory requirements. His tenure as COO was marked by the strengthening of internal systems, the refinement of operational efficiency, and the introduction of stringent governance practices across Red Ants’ national footprint.
With a strong background in law, Mr Balintulo has played a key role in aligning the company’s operations with lawful processes and ethical standards. He has been instrumental in developing and enforcing policies that promote transparency, compliance, and discipline values that continue to guide Red Ants’ operational philosophy today.
A qualified court prosecutor, Mr Balintulo previously presided over criminal matters in the Gauteng and East London Regional Courts, gaining extensive experience in the interpretation and application of South African law. His legal expertise brings a unique depth to the company’s leadership, enabling Red Ants to operate within a sound legal and procedural framework in all its engagements with clients, communities, and authorities.
