They have handled all our foreign license verification and validation checks, which assist Discovery Insure greatly in validating and authorising valid claims. There are several legislated requirements in respect of insurance claims, not limited to anti-money laundering (‘AML’) legislation, that requires Discovery Insure to verify and validate the license of the insured. In order to obtain this information, we are required to comply with various national and international privacy statutes which requires us to have express consent from the insured to claim under the contract. Our company has been utilizing their services for many years. They have proved to be a professional, dedicated team focusing on management of costs to the Insurer and targeting excellent service delivery. The Insurer ( Frontline obo Old Mutual ) appoints Check-Your-Driver in line with regulations and the information that is provided is crucial to claims procedures.
